The match between Thiem and Tsitsipas was also interrupted in set 2 and continued at Wednesday. Tsitsipas kept his nerve and made his match point in the tiebreak in set 5. His next match is against Murray.
True, it is annoying that some players haven't even played their matches for the first round whereas many other players have even finished their second round matches, the seeded players have the advantage of not experiencing any delays, because their match schedule is played in a stadium that already has a roof, but not many players got that advantage even anothers seed players got the delays as it would make their match schedule even more congested.
Tsitsipas was finally able to win against Thiem, the shorter rest period probably won't affect his appearance later, especially since he will face a player who is much older, but Murray here cannot be underestimated, the betting odds are not much different, even Murray is more favored than Tsitsipas, lasting more than 3 sets are very likely.
