I myself already have limits and have financial control over the gambling that I do.
For example I apply one deposit for one week and usually when it's just to play I use money for 3 game sessions one week and during the sports betting season I use enough deposit money not enough yes that's allotment for one week, if get I win, withdraw it and return it with the same amount as the initial deposit.
When we lose, we must take it as a form of warning for us to stop, and losing is a natural thing in gambling, so we must accept it gracefully.
Well, losing in gambling is just a normal thing, I do not consider it as a warning to stop gambling, except on account where the gambler have been losing consecutively all through the gaming period, to the extent the gamblers bankroll is almost going back to zero, instead of such player depositing more fund to keep playing, it's better for the gambler to quit for that day and maybe continue tomorrow to see if he or she will have better luck.
Minor losses in gambling are natural and very normal, losing the first, second, and even third game in a roll most times does not necessarily mean the entire game for that day will be in losses, the losses could be a way to scare you away cus there is a big win on the way coming.
