Love is an emotion, and so far, AI's and Robots are not capable of developing emotions, they only function on the terms which they have been programmed with and not any function outside of its programming. An AI will not know what love is until it is programmed that way to like someone more who speaks in a certain way to it and shows certain gestures that humans show that are loveable. As there are more advancement made in AI technology, it is possible that it happens.
