It's safe to say that in the future, AI can simulate of someone being in love so perfectly that it would be indistinguishable for humans to tell the difference from outside. And depending how is it build, like for example are we going to start building AI:s from organic material as same ways humans are being grown with similar brains and hard coded dna, then obviously they could feel love as well as anything. I know this would be hard to digest by anyone who think humans have souls or that they are so special that they are most important part of the whole universe.
