I'm certainly not convinced about this information that he gave to me...I want better ideas and enlightenment on why I should buy bitcoin.I need help please!

Sorry i can't actually give you any good reason to buy crypto or any asset like BITCOIN you mentioned, because crypto market is not regulated anything can happen, i guess you are aware of many who got stocked at $60k yeah many bought at this price and boom the crash came. i will likely advise you invest what you can afford to LOSS.
