Joining Inter Miami may be the last option for Hazard, he has not made any deal with any club so far. Perhaps Hazard is waiting for a better offer from inter Miami, he can still compete at a high level despite having spent the worst time of his career in several years with Real Madrid. Even though in the end he actually decided to join Inter Miami, it was the final decision he made.
