Juventus are threatened by sanctions and this was the main factor of their bad performance at least in some games. This reason might make other players hesitate a lot before joining Juventus but if they were excluded from European competitions then for sure this will reduce the names willing to come to Turin.
AFAIK Juve is trying to let many players go and recruit others. Hopefully this will not be a hard job..
however Juve have to work hard to organize their team again. bringing in the players needed, of course, requires a lot to convince players because of the case Juve is facing. but there is news that Juve have appointed their new sporting director. it looks like Juventus will really build their team in the near future.
