Yep! Half an hour or an hour - it is enough for rest, but lots of people watch it all day long.
Watching for level up skills - ok, watching for rest - ok again. But watching it all day long - unclear for me. They can watch it of course, it is their decision and their life, they decide how to spend their time themselves. But for me it is just waste of time - the only resource that you can`t buy.
Watching all day is not a good idea for us because we have things to do. But somehow, some people choose to watch that show all day, and it makes me wonder if they have nothing else to do. Even if they have a lot of free time, it is better for them to use it for something more useful. Watching all day also won't give you a chance to gain skills because to get skills, you have to practice those skills more. Watch the shows in moderation and practice skills a lot. That's what is often suggested. But perhaps for them, watching can provide new ideas or make them know what to practice.
Those who sit at home and watch live streams all day long do nothing, they don't have a job, they don't study, they don't have anything to do around the house, so they sit, eat snacks and either watch live streams or play games all day long. There are people who do the works for them, they have people who earn and feed them, there are people who do the household chores, and they don't study at all, maybe because they've completed it or they are not interested at all.
But, life cannot be the same forever, those who waste their time like this while they know someone is providing for them, they will regret it badly when there will be no one to provide for them and they lack the ability to provide for themselves, that is when their whole life spins in front of their eyes.
