To me, Arda Guler is the best signing Madrid made this summer. I know they signed Bellingham, and they might sign Mbappe, but Guler is exactly the kind of player they need right now second only to a natural center forward.
Withou Bellignham, Camavinga can play the box to box midfielder role, without Mbappe, Vinicius has been on fired, but without Modric, there is no real creativity in the Madrid midfield, that's where Guler comes in.
He's young I know, but I believe if Madrid can trust him, he will make sure the club doesn't miss Modric just as Modric made sure the club didn't miss Ozil.
