Pochettino's burden is very heavy because Chelsea is currently a team that is in a very downturn and right now they are overhauling a lot of players in the squad so Pochettino has to reorganize this team from the start.
If the Chelsea owners are very realistic with the clubs situation; then i would say that Pochettino burden at Chelsea is not heavy. Its a tough and doable task. Over 9 first team players are sold and replaced with very young talents which means its a rebuild under Pochettino
For me, i think it would be magic if Pochettino is able to get champions league football with that squad; they are all new, no chemistry, no depth; just too many new signings. Time will tell
Well they signed so many players in the previous transfer window so they got so many new players. They sold only old players and they just have to implement new players into their squad and start playing well. They bought too many players and they didnt hit well last season
