Well, you are right, and I personally can not really blame the players who always sign up, deposit and start playing on a casino without first reading or going through the terms and conditions of the casino, the truth is that, we all at some point in our gambling life have done the same, this I believe is one thing no gambler can deny not being guilty of..

But then it's good for us all to learn, no matter how in a hurry one is to sign up and start playing, it is always best to some time and read the terms and conditions of the casino, and though I understand that at that very point, the terms and conditions always looks like a very long text of jargons with no meaning, but then, it's always best to suspend whatever, calm nerves down, read and understand before proceeding with what ever game you wanted to play, there is still several other games to bet on, just incase the game you were going to bet on is already over at the time you are through reading the terms and conditions..
That is a big mistake on their part because I can't imagine someone going ahead with making a deposits without even knowing what the condition of service is and what to expect,  if one just go ahead to make deposits and staking some games without first of all reading the terms and conditions of the casino it then means that the player will be ready to face whatever comes out of that action.

And such a gambler doesn't have any right to claim because in all the casinos already make available those terms of service in the contract that the player assigned them at every given time.
But it really happens in the gambling world where there are still many gamblers out there who are not careful and miss reading the rules so that later they will experience problems when they want to withdraw their money. Indeed, we cannot blame them because they are used to doing things like that, but we also cannot sit idly by watching those people continue to make mistakes like that.

The gambler must read the rules so that he doesn't miss something that may be important to him and will not cause difficulties later. By always ensuring we won't get into trouble or know the rules, we can withdraw our winnings without difficulty.
It's back to them, whether they will always be someone who falls into the same hole, or they will improve themselves and be more thorough before entering the site. We as users who are the same as them (gamblers) will certainly feel worried and sorry for them, because we will also definitely feel something they experience, especially in the withdrawal problem. I personally also sometimes get annoyed when my withdrawal process takes longer than usual, especially if they can't withdraw, of course it will make them emotional. But it must be realized that it is the result of their negligence, and they should be able to learn from their mistakes.
