IMO, Chelsea would ideally be handled by Nagelsmann. thus, he will rebuild the team's squad in a modern football style. Nagelsmann is very suitable to be a Chelsea coach, especially now that Chelsea is more dominated by a young squad. thus, in the hands of Nageslmanns, Chelsea has far more progress. however, Todd Boehly prefers Pochettino. I don't know for sure why Chelsea didn't choose him. most likely, only Pochettino is willing to what Chelsea's management has to offer.
I also thought Julian Nagelsman would find a deal with Chelsea over a new coach, but that never happened. Luis Enrique also failed because the two sides could not find an agreement, but then Mauricio Pochettino managed to find an agreement with Chelsea as the new coach.
Julian Nagelsman would have been very good as a replacement for Lampard at Chelsea, but sadly that never happened. I hope one day Julian Nagelsman can be one of the coaches in the Premier League regardless of whichever team expects him. Newcastle and Tottenham have the potential to hire him, but I don't think that will happen any time soon.
