I personally not interested to investing in new altcoin, because it is very risky, unless the altcoin is already listed on a major exchange, therefore my advice is if you are already making a profit, so it is better for you to take profit of at least 80%, because it is better to invest in old altcoin which do have a small risk, such as Ethereum, Binance, Ripple, Matic and ADA.
It's riskier indeed to invest in new altcoins but the profit will be bigger too,

its different with the coin that was mentioned above though, such coins are mostly fall under category of shitcoin, a good coin always almost immediately getting recognized by some big company and exchanges like binance almost instantly when they have presale because they already have partnership since day 1.
i'm gonna say it that fundamental is what determines which partnership a project gonna get and it's really essential in determining which coin are actually gonna be great.
so the fact that these altcoins that are already reaching high market capitalization might have lesser potential of reaching even massive value increase, sometimes investing in them keeps you from losing your money.
