Mauricio Pochettino is a manager that I respect so much not just because of his catchy and very professional attitude on the touchline but also his tactical prowess and his ability to dictate his team's weakness during matches while making substitutions where necessary.
He'll definitely make a great manager at Chelsea as he has the capacity to effect positive change on the club
You shower accolades on him for his personality and coaching style; I hope he does not disappoint and causes Chelsea to suffer as they did last season. There is no doubt that Pochettino is an excellent coach. We are all confident that he will transform Chelsea when the season begins. We'll have to wait and see what the new manager has in store for the team.
