Allegri is an important element for the next months and maybe years to get Juventus back to their old shape and their former dominance I think if he jumped ship after those hard decisions by the court, the whole club would have even more severe issues now. But with Allegri they have saved one of the most important positions considering the problems that need to be solved in troubled times.
