While I'm happy that this situation is about to end, I'm still yet to receive any funds. I'm grateful for Duelbits for reaching out (finally). And can see from recent users, that they are committed to addressing complaints. However I don't count my chickens till they hatch.
You will receive your funds and you're right about it that they do address concerns here I just hope that after you received it, you will add the word Resolved and lock the thread, there are instances where after complainants received the funds they don't come back here to post and edit it to resolved and lock it, it becomes retaliatory against the casino, I hope you do the right thing.
