Whirlwind already paid that amount once
Paid to who? And why not to stormy?
I don't believe they refunded a user for his mistakes before. There was a case where someone deposited and also didn't save his private key. They asked the community and the opinion was pretty clear that they shouldn't refund.
Here's the short description:
The user contacted us and this is the information given to us:
1. He didn't save the Note Private Key
2. He didn't save the Note Public Address
3. He didn't save the Letter of Guarantee
4. He doesen't remember the exact donation % used
5. He can sign a message from the address used to deposit on Whirlwind
And that was their statement after the community had their opinion on it:
Thank you everyone for your responses, it's an unfortunate situation but there is nothing we can do without setting dangerous precedents or jeopardizing our integrity and we simply cannot afford to risk any of the 2 outcomes happening. This business is all about trust and the moment it's gone, it's gone for good.
You popping up here out of nowhere and calling the user "stormy" instead of his real username "stormbounty" makes me wonder what connection you two have. You previously stated that there is no connection.
Well, I saw a whole community against one person so I decided to jump in and make the fight fair. If admins can prove its an alt you are welcome.
Still makes me wonder what you are trying to accomplish.
