AS Roma have quality players, but they failed to see it. Paulo Dybala, one of the Giallorossi's finest players, has been linked with a move to Chelsea. However, the Argentina international has assured his fans that he is not leaving the club and wishes to extend his contract. As Roma's head coach, José Mourinho is a calculated coach with a great deal on his schedule; he needs every assistance he can get right now. José Mourinho is extremely patriotic about his team, and he has no plans to leave; he wants to stay for a few more years and achieved significant trophies with the club.
Yes, Roma have good players, I know Dybala very well (as a Juventus fan I would say that I know him very well).
He hasn't done badly this year, let's remember that there is monstrous competition in Italy and that the fight for the first places is always very close
Roma has been doing fine in Europe for two years in a row now and they still have hard time with Italian league for example. That should tell people how hard it is to be good at Italy week in and week out. I am not saying they are not good, but being consistent and being good are different things.

If we look at their best ever game, I am sure their talent level is better than most clubs, should have been top 2-3 team according to how great they could play on their best day. But when that's not sustainable and inconsistent, that means you end up also playing very terribly as well, much worse than what they could play. This ends up with a result where they just end up losing games and that's not alright, it really hurts them a lot.
