Trading is a high risk activity which requires a lot of know how and experience to have any chance of success in the field. This makes it the more dangerous for newbies and I don't exclude that to beginners on the forum but in trading as a fied. Your met with those that could be said to have been well experience in the field having had a lot of layers on there skin and they can use this.
Trading isn't for any individual with minimum knowledge, if any individual goes into trading without having the right information they'll lose. Many individuals have lost millions in the market because of this. Trading is more riskier than investing. Trading demand to be more active in the crypto market because as a trader you depend on news happening in the market to determine if you'll be putting in a buy order or opting out of the market.

Investing requires minimum work and attention. Investing has less risk involved as if you have patience you can always profits from investing in Bitcoin. Investing in altcoins on the other hand has the same risk as trading so unless you're ready to lose it don't do that.
And so as investing because there's also lots of scams lying around on this category. From time to time, we will always hear people complaining about how they got scammed. Given that trading is a lot riskier, then it is supposed to be less in-demand than investing.

Also, it was investing is the one that uses fundamental analysis but for trading, they are mostly using technical. Depends on your goal as an investor, if you are only for short term then you are require to monitor your investment actively so that you can sell immediately right after seeing a great opportunity. Not all altcoins are a scam but a pro trader or investor can still be able to play well with the risky alts.
