Newcastle had a brilliant season last term, the best they have had in a very long time. This is a huge achievement for the club and I hope they can capitalize on this and maintain this current form and performance level for the coming season as they also look to get reinforcements and strengthen their squad

Manchester United recorded their first pre season win with a two nil victory over Leeds United. Superb performance from the youngsters, from the expression on Erik Ten Hag’s face I can tell he was really impressed with his team’s performance today and will want his team to continue playing in that fashion when the season kicks off. Mason Mount made his debut today though not scoring a goal but his looked good and confident.
