Of the 99% of positive reviews on his service's Thread generated by newcomers with only 1 activity, maybe he entered the mandatory review requirement on his service's Thread for personal gain. If that's true, it means he has invited huge spam in his service Thread.

I don't think any real Bitcointalk members buy the service, real members who have been here for a long time won't be easily tempted by a service offered by someone who doesn't have a good reputation contributing to the forum. I trust members who have a good reputation more than doing transactions with members who only rely on positive reviews from accounts that have 1 activity on the forum.
