It is similar to what Real Madrid did for Endrick from Palmeiras. Not exactly the same though because Real Madrid have no choice other than waiting for him due to age issue in his country. These are all investments into their futures and I wonder which one of these players will develop more.
Real Madrid are always the best at finding young talented players. Real Madrid don't go after buying good players they go after making good players ie Real Madrid are star makers. All of the talented young players Real Madrid have signed so far have been successful signings for Real Madrid.
Endrick is another surprise name for Real Madrid because Real Madrid has already signed a contract with this talented player from Brazil. Maybe this talented player will join the Real Madrid camp from 2024. Endrick will be a successful striker for Real Madrid.
Real Madrid is indeed a club that has always succeeded in producing star players. Because this club has an acumen in seeing the potential of the young players they recruit. Even in this season's transfer market, Real Madrid managed to win the competition in the race for a young player from Turkey, namely Arda Guler. Arda Guler is also an extraordinary young player who looks like he will become another football star that Real Madrid will score. Even this young player, he said, would immediately join Real Madrid in the coming season. Although the issue is that Arda Guler will join next season. but based on Real Madrid's official statement, it turns out that Arda Guler will join this season. and will earn a six season contract at Real Madrid. Arda Guler and Endrick are the hope and the best investment that Real Madrid is currently making.
This is what we knew from several clubs that they are able to recruit top players from their own youth academies, but I think that in the last few years or maybe last 10 - 15 years many of the soccer clubs changed their approach and reverted to using more money to buy the highest potential talents at the youngest age possible. They then neglected the facilitation of their youth centers and the result is that the potential pools from which they were able to once recruit players got significantly smaller. Real Madrid isn't the only club who has that problem. In my opinion it would make sense to finally put more money into youth teams again and give them a chance to train with the first teams.
