That depends on what's gonna be final decision for mbappe. PSG is still trying to negotiate with mbappe regarding his future in the club. Instead of osimhen, PSG is now trying to approach vlahovic from juventus. Vlahovic much more cheaper compared with mbappe at this moment. I don't even think PSG will spend another €180 millions again to get osimhen from napoli. It sounds too good to be true. It's caused by PSG will not repeat the same mistake again.
The club is trying to use its budget efficiently. The decision regarding who's gonna be the new striker for PSG is not yet coming from enrique. Osimhen was a part of napoli and he will play UCL soon.

Instead of signing Osimhen for almost 200 million euros, I would prefer PSG to sign players who are cheaper but of equal quality. Osimhen is an important player for Napoli and his current price does not really guarantee his quality, it is a shield for Napoli to keep Osimhen.
I'm also not sure that PSG managed to persuade Mbappe to sign a new contract, but they will still try to convince Mbappe to stay. PSG will spend a lot of money for Mbappe to stay instead of spending a lot of money to find a replacement, that is clearly an option PSG is currently thinking about.
