I admire the moves and decisions Pochettino is taking at this early stages of his appointment to turn things around. He has successfully removed players who are not giving everything to improve the team and giving space for new recruitment to boost the strength of the team. I am not expecting Chelsea to start winning every game as soon as the league resumes but they will be much better than they were last season and gradually get back to winning ways again and competing against the top performing teams in the league.
I think what is expected next season is not to be a Premier League title challenger. Chelsea must be realistic, the important thing is to play well with a high work rate and dedication, at least being able to enter the top four in my opinion is very good for Chelsea's awakening from adversity because last season most Chelsea players did not have the fighting spirit anymore. that's why it looks broken. But now under the leadership of Pochettino, we will see a new Chelsea with all the young players we have. It will be interesting to follow Chelsea's future developments. Can Mauricio Pochettino return Chelsea to the way it was a few seasons ago or is it even worse?

So I will look forward to his debut with Manchester United under coach Erik ten Hag.
But if he is still in the same situation as he was at Chelsea, then it is not Tuchel and Potter who are incompetent, but the players themselves who are not so talented.
I believe Mason Mount can develop under the ETH coach because he knows the strengths of every player. In my opinion, Mason Mount's role at Man United is more tasked with pressing and building up to the penalty box, his role is a little similar to Eriksen's, the difference is that Eriksen is not good at pressing. Next season Erik Ten Hag will play possession ball completely because Erik Ten Hag wants to bring Onana and Mount who have good playing ball.
