However elections are no longer fair and free, and it seems like being in politics is treated as a right rather than a responsibility. Interestingly, these governments secretly hold Bitcoin but publicly criticize it. It's unlikely that African governments will accept Bitcoin anytime soon because they are more focused on their own selfish interests.
