You already stated that users come from search engine, I read that. But those, who look for cheap accounts and discover your Bitcointalk ANN thread in search engines, aren't real bitcointalk members.
When someone actually from bitcointalk contacts you, then you can ask those people to leave review in your thread but when someone find you in search engine, you can't ask that person to create a bitcointalk account to leave a review in your thread. Don't totally blame me for this situation, those reviews from 1 activity accounts look suspicious not only for me but for everyone, so it's even better for your business to prioritize quality over quantity.
