This takes me back to the topic; Newbies Stop Teaching When You Need To Learn created by GifteMAN. I know you put some work into this but this is a wasted effort and completely unnecessary. There's a distinct difference between reading and learning. You might have been reading but clearly you've not been learning because if you do, you wouldn't have made this. You would  have noticed that there's always a pinned message containing rules and regulations on every board so that one can read and familiarize him or herself with it.  My advice is don't create topic like this, take some time to read and learn and it definitely help you.
