To address excessive gaming and betting, it's important to recognize the signs, set clear limits, create a balanced schedule, seek support, explore other interests, gamble responsibly, take breaks, and consider professional help if necessary
Good advice but unfortunately it will not apply to novice gamblers who still have fun playing gambling.
They are more concerned with winning and forget about risks and how to avoid them.
I have found many novice gamblers who have lost a lot of things due to a lack of consideration and thinking before gambling.
But no matter what, a gambler will definitely do what makes them happy and satisfied regardless of what other people say.

Regardless of the fact that novice gamblers will only focus on fun and won't think of the money management, they will soon realize their mistakes and will follow these guidelines but only after losing a ton of money in gambling.

By the way, i have seen even the experienced gamblers who will just keep on playing , becoming addicted and never learn from anything. That's why people say that gambling make your mind stop working and it only focus on making money or fun involved in this game.
For those who have achieved alot, that is, those who already built businesses that have become really successful and generating alot of money for them, gambling carelessly and getting addicted is probably not a problem for them since they already have the money and just wanna have fun with their money..

But for that gambler who is still struggling to become financially stable, independent and so on, to start gambling carelessly, it simply means the journey to financial freedom is very long for such a person, except on rare occasions where the gambler gets lucky and wins a jackpot, then that's a different thing altogether.
