To address excessive gaming and betting, it's important to recognize the signs, set clear limits, create a balanced schedule, seek support, explore other interests, gamble responsibly, take breaks, and consider professional help if necessary
Good advice but unfortunately it will not apply to novice gamblers who still have fun playing gambling.
They are more concerned with winning and forget about risks and how to avoid them.
I have found many novice gamblers who have lost a lot of things due to a lack of consideration and thinking before gambling.
But no matter what, a gambler will definitely do what makes them happy and satisfied regardless of what other people say.
It's not only apply to newbie but even those who are already in the gambling space for a year or more will tend to be addicted to it. I think getting satisfied is enough but chasing wins and losses will probably lost that harmony of just getting a leisure, they're already chasing money over their satisfaction. I think you can select who you would want to listen in times that you're into some problem especially gambling addiction.
Not all addictions are because of chasing defeat but addiction can start from feeling emotional or venting to spend money on gambling.
I remember some time ago I met an addict but he was very rich and he realized that he was addicted because he had problems in his family and gave vent to his emotions in gambling and he felt comfortable when betting on gambling made his mind lose problems with his family.
With this problem, I got a word of wisdom from this person that before addiction, always remember your family needs money to live.
