There will be a review campaign for Mixing Safe in the next few days.
Is it Mixin Safe or Mxing Safe? 
I am checking their website right now to see what is all about in next few days.
One thing I really don't like from start is that I have to use my phone number to use Mixin
We will have a total 100 members in the review which means almost everyone who will apply will have a chance to get the reward.
All 100 members will receive 0.003 BTC, or only selected few of them, since you say they will have a chance, sounds more like some lucky draw.
