There wouldn't be any meaning in Mbappe to sign for a Saudi Arabian team at this age. He is a superstar now and a football legend candidate. Signing for such team would be a big hit to the future of his career even if he makes way more money than he makes right now. PSG are giving what he wants already as well. He doesn't have any reason to worry about more money.

But when he achieves his goals in Europe and becomes quite old then I wouldn't doubt his departure for the Saudi Arabia League or MLS. Messi and Ronaldo also have done the same thing you know. For now I'm just wondering when Real Madrid will sign him, this summer or next one?
