Inter was willing to pay €35m plus €5m in add-ons. But it seems Lukaku angered the club when his representative secretly went into a contract discussion with Juventus. And it seems Juventus is offering a better package. Inter feels betrayed and Lukaku's only hope is that let Dusan Vlahovic move to Paris Saint-Germain.
