the rumors were because Juventus were negotiating with Chelsea. In fact, Lukaku previously stated that he wanted to stay at Inter next season. but if Inter don't want to spend more money on Chelsea it looks like Inter will have to be satisfied with the decision and forget about bringing Lukaku back to Inter Milan.
