How do you guys generate revenue to keep the promotion running who pays the domain fees,  I am not a fan of a free mile and I don't think any serious casino will depend on a free promotion for their marketing.

So buddy if you are really serious unless you running a charitable organization which I doubt you are,  you need to come up with something serious.
