It is a family routine since m,y childhood .

My father loves charcoal cooked foods such as pork,chicken and beef but mostly it is Fish that we maintain weekly .

Just like today , we prefer Squid cooked in charcoal and yes even my children  loves it partnered with veggies and some sauce.indeed , there are plenty of giant fishes in my hometown and yes once  i am in a vacation , relatives preparing this for my family.
