Because Inter found out about Juventus' effort to sign him also and this made them really angry. This is why they aren't in this race anymore and they won't be.
If he still wants to play football in Europe then he should choose Juventus without stalling them. He is already used to playing in Italy and he loves being there also.
However even if he decides on Juventus there will still be a possibility of not joining them. Because Juventus want this deal only if they part ways with Vlahovic.
