I think Arteta and Arsenal are going to win the EPL soon, it might not happen next season; but i think they are getting closer to finally becoming EPL champions once again, after a very long time. They should have done it last season, but City were unbelievable, as they mostly are every season, i expect City to win the EPL again next season, but if Arsenal continue to appear in the picture regularly, they'd win it soon. I am very impressed with Arteta and the confidence he has, he played a vital role in Declan Rice joining Arsenal, players are beginning to believe in his Arsenal project, and their success is coming soon.
Change of mindset at Arsenal is surely going to have good chance for them to win this title because there were huge investments from the management of Arsenal is going through which is surprising for the soccer community as in historically they have never done things like this with most having young players for some experience and then selling them on high price was their business but in this season under Arteta they are spending big amount and having players like Kai and now Declan Rice which is surely going to increase their strength and chances for the title race as well.
