Well, the article says that the research is ongoing and that the results will be published next year, but I wouldn't draw too many conclusions from a single study. I don't know where you live, but I find it hard to believe that my local casino discriminates against LGTBQ people, and, in fact, I've known people who work in casinos without ever hearing any such stories from them. Cases of discrimination, although they still exist, could not happen in a business open to the public like that because it would be reportable.
