Barcelona have so many talented players, the problem is just the coach. It's very rare a good player can become a good coach, same like Xavi Hernandez. What make Barcelona strong is because of high individual skills, the team play and strategy aren't different from one to another match.
Although Barcelona able to win the last season La Liga, it's an achievement, but they're still not developing.
Yes each of us has our own view of the reality that is happening in Barcelona, of course it is based on various information from the media so that we can conclude the quality of Barca. But I don't think Xavi is so bad, he has tried his best to give the best for the Catalan Club, yes last season's La Liga Trophy as proof of his hard work and is the newest offering.
There are a lot of factors that influenced the Barcelona squad under Xavi's leadership to not be successful (Champions League). Unstable financial clubs make them have to be extra careful in the transfer market. What can be done in such circumstances? sell players to streamline expenses, recruit new players cheaply or with free transfer status. I think Xavi has taken all the steps to save Barca from setbacks, for that Xavi deserves to be appreciated by staying at Barca which is being hit by various problems. Next season they still deserve to be on the list of favorites in both La Liga and the Champions League.
I fully support @indah rezqi it's not a problem with the coach but it's Barcelona's weakness that suppresses performance to become almost unstable. but even though it failed in the champions league Barcelona was able to get the La Liga title and this is all thanks to Xavi too who has struggled to at least get a title even though he couldn't get the champions league trophy. just try, if Barcelona's finances weren't this bad maybe Xavi could determine which top players to recruit and improve their formation to become stronger.
maybe as a Barcelona fan you have to patiently accept this fact and if finances have improved I think Barcelona will soon rise from adversity.
