Even though the new season hasn't started yet, I believe Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have a big chance to be the favorites for the title. The main favorites are Manchester City, followed by Arsenal, but I doubt the other two teams I mentioned as well.
If Manchester City are really capable of winning the Premier League title next season, then it will be their 4th title in a row, too good to be true. But I also believe that some Premier League teams will try to stop Manchester City's dominance, even if it's difficult.
I agree, these all four teams are having good quality and performance for the title race but as we all know Premier League is currently one of the most competitive league in soccer world so here I also added few ore teams which can give shocking performance like Newcastle United and Chelsea we have nearly five or six best competitive sides in this league which is surely one of the best thing happening and with all workload and quality from here with still have three weeks in start of next season this is anybody game but Manchester City and Arsenal both are surely front-runner like we have them in last season.
Transfer window is still active and few big changes can bring good changes for the title race as well because many are expecting PSG can lose their top two players with most chances both are linked with English clubs and this change can bring good chances for the teams to be had fair chances for taking higher rank in league table.
