Barcelona have so many talented players, the problem is just the coach. It's very rare a good player can become a good coach, same like Xavi Hernandez. What make Barcelona strong is because of high individual skills, the team play and strategy aren't different from one to another match.
Xavi proves it if he was different compared with another coach that was coming from a player. Barcelona can at least get two trophies last season. that's quite enough to prove that if xavi is good enough as barcelona's coach.
Barcelona is now facing so many troubles caused by some things like financial problem. The club is not yet signing a new player to fill busquet's position. Two thropies are good enough for barcelona rather than won nothing.
Madrid was just getting 1 trophy last season.
Although Barcelona able to win the last season La Liga, it's an achievement, but they're still not developing.

My guess if xavi gonna try to give more time for young players to play rather than old players in the club.
