These unfortunate incidents not only affect Betnomi themselves but might also erode trust in the entire crypto iGaming sector, which could have repercussions for all crypto casinos & sportsbooks including ourselves.

This industry is becoming increasingly cut-throat for a variety of reasons. Fees being charged on operators become more expensive than before. At in the meanwhile, scams, abuses, and wallet theft attempts are getting a lot more prevalent. As a result, a minor mistake or oversight, one that may go unnoticed in day-to-day operations and won’t appear significant before, can now lead to devastating consequences. Considering the level of product optimization their platform used to exhibit, I personally don’t think Betnomi is intentionally having an exit scam. Our hearts go out to Betnomi and also to the players who are experiencing difficulties accessing their funds there.

To safeguard people's trust in the entire industry, I feel there is something we can do as a somewhat established crypto casino & sportsbook. I know there gonna be cynical comments when I say this, especially from those who don't have their money locked in Betnomi. However, we still would like to seek feedback from those who are actually affected by this unfortunate event:
