Totenham has quality players. I mean they spent to buy players unlike what you said. Just check the front line of Totenham squad. They have;
1. Harry Kane,
2. Son,
3. Richardson.
These are quality players that can get any amount of goals to give a team title win. But I don't know what to say about Totenham. Ot could be that the management is the problem.
They are quality players but they had a terrible back to back season at spurs bar Harry Kane. Richardlison went all season without a goal to his name at Tottenham Hotspur; i do not see how the team wants to win the league title with such terrible return. Even Son struggled to impress last season which led to Spurs dropping out of the champions league spots in the League.
Is it a coaching problem? i don't believe so, Players form dip and theres nothing unusual in that aspect; The new spurs coach will hope the lads bounce back after a bad season.
The same set of players that hasn't won any trophy for the club, though I agreed that it's only Son and Kane seems to be the most effective player in that club, they came close to wining Carabao Cup in 2021 against Man City yet they loss that match despite having Kane and Son in that squad, former manager Antonio Conte did criticized the club owner and board publicly for lack of quality players in the club consequently got sacked, Mourinho too had a similar problem with the club owners, Tottenham can't come close to winning any trophy if Daniel Levy is still in charge of the club because his recruitment policy for the club had been very poor, there is the need to overhaul the whole board of the club before they can achieve any positive result.
