try to think positively and take the good side of Dortmund. I'm not a fan of Dortmund but I'm pretty sure that this team actually has the opportunity and has the power to overtake Bayern Munich but Dortmund has a different achievement not what its fans want.
this is just from my point of view that Dortmund is more focused on producing talented young players at high selling prices after that selling them and their strategy is to get at least a runner up without overtaking Bayern Munich. but this is just my speculation without any guarantee or truth because everyone has a different opinion.
it's just that we shouldn't be too skeptical of Dortmund's achievements every season but rather understand goals.
If you look at the players, Dortmund still has a big chance to beat Bayern Munich, but for some reason it seems that Dortmund is always under the strength of Bayern Munich.
Maybe what you are saying is true and all this is being done in order to be able to get more regular financial benefits because after all a football club is not only chasing championship trophies but also to be able to generate some profits.
If only Dortmund played seriously and focused on winning the title maybe they could easily beat Bayern Munich and come out as Bundesliga champions, not just come out as runners-up.
The rivalry between the two teams will always be there every season and even though it's been a different generation of players, all of them will still be there. We don't know for sure what caused Dortmund to always be under Bayern Munich, but what is clear is that Dortmund is a business club, so it's not surprising if we assume that Dortmund will only remain behind Bayern Munich at any time.
Last season was the closest compared to the previous season and indeed Dortmund finally failed to win the trophy from Bayern Munich. Maybe we will always hope for Dortmund every season to be able to beat Bayern Munich for the title race, but that doesn't feel like a reality and we often have to accept the fact that this will never happen.
