PSG are making serious efforts to transfer forward after Messi. Besides Vlahovic, there are reports that they are interested in Kane. Bayern Munich have been trying to persuade Kane and Tottenham for a long time. There were reports that they offered Tottenham first 70 million euros and then 80 million euros for Kane, but we could not see a result. PSG have the financial power to act more decisively than Bayern Munich. I think Vlahovic and Kane are closer to them. While Bayern Munich are trying to gain an advantage of several million euros, we can see one of these two players under the PSG jersey.
Of course PSG has good financial clout to make signing a player seem easy. But everything is not as easy as we think, that's because PSG is also overshadowed by the FFP rules that apply to all teams in Europe. They certainly have money, but if their income and expenses are not in balance then surely something else will work against them. Harry Kane and Dusan Vlahovic are certainly good for PSG uniforms, but PSG are unlikely to be able to sign both of them in one season.

PSG's main focus right now is the future of Kylian Mbappe, not just their new striker. Luis Enrique has a plan in building his squad, so PSG's transfer policy will also benefit from it. I tend to think Enrique will focus on improving the quality of midfielders and defenders rather than forwards, that is an important part of his game plan next season.

PSG needs to shift their focus from solely keeping Mbappe to building a well-rounded team. It's crucial for the club's management to acknowledge that placing too much emphasis on one player isn't the right approach. While certain players may warrant special treatment due to their superior abilities, neglecting the rest of the team in favor of a single player is misguided.
In my opinion, it would be wise for PSG to promptly offload Mbappe as the longer they delay, the smaller the return they'll receive. His presence is one of the reasons for the lack of synergy among PSG's players.
