I still wonder how much of a role the fans play in making decisions for Juventus it really went out of their way. however Lukaku is more suitable to stay in the Italian League his ability can be relied upon there rather than going back to the Premier League so Juventus should suit him better if Inter are no longer interested.

Actually there is no big role for fans but for Lukaku if he already knows that then he will not be comfortable playing at Juventus and he even finds a big burden when not supported by the team's fans.
this will be a difficult choice for Lukaku, he still wants to have a career in a top European team, so that's why he turned down a tempting offer from the Saudi Arabian team, but on the other hand, the team he wants, namely Inter Milan, doesn't want him anymore.
Maybe the best way for Lukaku at the moment is that he has to compete more fiercely to be able to get the main place at Chelsea, especially now that Chlesea has a new coach and also new management who want to make changes.
