I last inquired about Betnomi's affairs about a week ago (asking for the funds they owe me for my sig and regarding the case of one user who contacted me). And I made it clear that if my case is not resolved, then I will have to terminate the contract with them (to which their manager answered me that Sorsis will be online soon and all cases will be resolved). To be honest, I have no idea what's going on with the platform itself, but I'll find out what I can (including checking the poker lobby),
When I checked the site, it is working perfectly, though I didn't check the withdrawal link since I am not a registered customer and the op is complaining about the withdrawal. And since the website is working I believe the issue of the withdrawal will be resolved soon, and probably they are updating some files on the withdrawal page to make it more faster for customers to withdraw their funds. So op should be patient about the situation on ground.
Yes the domain is still active and at that, it is most likely that only players' account the save a problem since it has been proven that withdrawal is not working on the casino which is one of the reasons most of the players cried out here on the thread and since betnomi behave not made any public statement about the situation it then means that, betnomi team are deliberately taking this out on their players and that is not a good way to treat a client who has to build trust on the casino over years.
Betnomi or its representatives have relied on going out of the business contract agreement which is a total violation of players' rirightsnd we frowned at it in all areas.
