Yes, only Juventus remains as a team that wants to get Lukaku in this transfer window. Lukaku is automatically not an option for Pochettino after he said emphatically that Lukaku would not be his priority for next season. Chelsea seems to be having trouble selling Lukaku in this transfer window because Lukaku only wants to stay in Europe, making the situation more complicated because not a single European team is really serious about bringing in Lukaku after Inter milan stopped their intention to buy Lukaku.
Inter intended to make a permanent move for Lukaku, but an agreement was not reached as Chelsea wanted a higher value than what Inter was offering.
