He has a similar style with Zidane and when he feels enough or feels like Manchester City reach to their limits and will fall to the down side soon, he will leave Manchester City. In addition, I believe Pep will want to find challenges from another club, another league. So far he has been working in La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League and I believe he will want to get experience in Serie A soon.
It looks like that won't happen as long as Manchester City have great players Pep can take advantage of all of them to keep playing strong and getting better.
Pep trains Manchester City not only for one or two seasons, so it has to be how he understands in detail and that way Manchester City will never experience a significant decline.
Pep is a coach with extraordinary experience so that it is also impossible for Manchester City management to just let him go when Pep is still working well for Manchester City.
When Pep coaches a team, he doesn't coach it for a short period of time, and Manchester City is no exception. He has been in the city of Manchester since 2016, that means he has been with Manchester City for more than 7 seasons, and did he immediately achieve the success he has now in his first season? Of course not, he has gone through a long journey to form the foundation of the team to be what we see now.
I actually appreciate Manchester City, because they can be patient and provide flexibility for Pep to process and the results they can enjoy now, the peak was last season when they won the treble winner as well as the Champions League.
