I checked the website and I found out that the "alpha casino is a beta stage new" is clearly and boldly written on the website. As I thought and from the complaints, this casino looks like an abandoned site and does not look real. I also noticed it is a decentralized casino and would need one to connect directly to their wallet which is likely very risky now to do as there have been complaints just as you have complained now.

I also checked for an online customer support presence but non-available to respond to complaints here as well, the representative is not too frequent online to attend to issues which means that there is a big communication gap which is not a good one for the project as it is in this stage.
